Master’s degree in Nutrition University at Buffalo (2011)
Clinical Background: Renal disease, diabetes, cardio/metabolic disorders, malnutrition, obesity, pressure wounds, writing enteral and parental feeds.
Outpatient Background: Bariatric nutrition, preparing people for bariatric surgery and the post-operative diet/lifestyle, GI disorders: SIBO, IBS, IBD, Celiac, cancer and nutrition, food allergies and sensitivities.
I have a passion for all things nutrition, especially holistic and integrative nutrition. I believe the foundation of our health is derived from what we eat, how we spend our time and the outlook we have in life. I think we all hold the power to heal within us and it is my mission to help people understand their relationship with food and the significant impact it has.
I enjoy teaching people about nutrition on a fundamental level and leave them with the power to transform their lives.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, traveling, music, watching films, preparing delicious meals and learning new languages. I also have an interest in pet nutrition and practice holistic nutrition with my own pets.
